The Clippers would have gotten 100 rebounds against us tonight if it werent for injuries to Kaveman and Randolph. Picture this: Chris Kaveman, Zach Randolph and Marcus Camby against Mikki Moore, Brad Miller and Jason Thompson...

Noooo.... If this costs us the no.1 pick I'll be pissed. Oh well it was good to have Martin back. He JT and Bobbybrown made the game bearable

Geez. It doesn't mean much to the NBA world but to be on the floor at the end of a close game probably meant the world to Jason Thompson. His confidence probably doubled tonight. At the end alot of the players were smiling and happy but, Jason Thompson was high jumping and overwhelmed with joy. And THAT is the kind of things you want to see in a rebuild and a season like this. Donte Greene was almost as excited as Jason at the end and he never saw the court.

Now if your point is what you want to take from the game thats your right. I however choose to take what I saw away from the game.

Rather not, thanks.

You do realize we out rebounded them? They just had 1 guy get most of theirs so it looked worse. If the other 2 guys would have been there then Camby wouldn't have gotten 20 they would have been split up as well.

Well, just for kicks...the 3 of them are rebounding monsters, and average about 35 between the 3 of them...this team is going to be a little better than their 8-25 record says right now once they get those 2 back. Bottom line: We arent a good rebounding or defensive team...and the only reason we outrebounded them tonight WAS because those guys were out...we probably wouldnt have gotten more than 40 or so rebounds if they had played, because they played with a VERY small lineup tonight with the exception of the Cambyman...you BETTER outrebound them when they put that team on the floor.

lol i see you changed from 45 to 35. Anyway you are right about their record. 6 of their 8 wins have came since the aquisition of Randolph.

Yeah, my fingers were typing too fast I guess and put 45 instead of 35, glad I caught that.:D, and yeah, this team should be a beast on the boards once they get Zach and Kaveman back..."Hi, we're the Los Angeles Clippers and we DARE you to try and score on us!"....Brutal...

yeah it was nice to see Jason on the court. Well I think Jason and Spencer have proven themselves to be ready to take over. I may be tough for a while but they are ready. NOW I don't know about you but, I am about to go on a Bobby Brown looks better the Beno parade before to long. Bobby Brown has really impressed me this last month or so. Not just his speed, athletic ability, and shooting but, he has great court vision and has been doing a nice job at setting people up. If he don't get any better I think he could be a great backup for years to come. If he does get better being as this is his rookie season it stands that he should. Well we all know what could come.

Prediction. Next season topic of choice is Bobby Brown should start over Beno.

I'm with you on Brown over Beno. Brown is doing what Natt wants out on the floor. Beno isn't. That's why Beno is getting a quick yank from Natt when he does something stupid. I hope Brown keeps taking more and more minutes from Beno as the season progresses. He's definitely a superior athlete. I was dissapointed at the end of this game that Natt took him out; he should have left him in for the duration.

Beno was holding Baron Davis relatively in check for first three Q's. Once Baron got going he was taking it to the hole relentlessly against Beno and even worse against little B. Brown. Luckily for both Beno and Brown the Clips big bad PG was bricking everything from outside - as he's done all year. But once he started attacking relentlessly into the paint is why neither of those Kings PG's were out on the floor at the end. If either of them had been "the floor general" in crunch time the lowly Kings would have lost to the lowly Clips. Assigned PG Bjax (scoring zero pts) was able to play TOUGH (now there's a concept!) in your face D on Baron which is a VERY BIG reason Kings escaped with measly 2 pt victory.
