Can someone give me info on Del HArris?

is he a good canditate for replacing Rick? I dont know much of him but I have a feeling he is one of hte Maloofs top ranks in their lists since with their dad owning hte Rockets and Harris was the coahc I think.

Why or why not should he be our next coach? Is he a defensive minded coach?

No, not really.

He was always kind of the milktoast of NBA coaches. Nice guy, boring, completely average in every respect. Like a placeholder coach until you could get somebody better. He used to be the guy who would win 45 games every single year. Then he came to L.A., had Shaq in his prime, and won more for a few years, but disappointed in the playoffs.

Solid enough you do not fall apart under him, but lacking the spark to take you to the top in all liklihood.
