Bulls @ Miami: Game 1

Looks like Kings113 is slacking off tonight, so I'll start this one...Besides, I am not posting anything on the Kings forum for the next 24 hours (don't wanna get banned).

Bulls have no business hanging around in the 4th, but they are down only by 5 after 3. Shaq is playing well (21/10) but Wade is 4/13 with 16 points. As much as I hate Bulls the franchise, I must admit I like all their players. Very feisty, all hustle team built in the image of their coach and GM (Skiles/paxson).

Wade is throwing his body around (sometimes flopping sometimes not), but Bulls (read Nocioni) are intent on hitting him hard anyway. That is not very smart if they want Wade available for the later rounds.

Heat win. Wade had a great 4th and ended with 30 pts but limped off with seconds to go (I hope it is nothing serious). Gordon with 35 pts. Very good game, but as has been the case whole year, the Bulls just can't get their plays off in the clutch (bad shot after bad shot down the stretch, Gordong barely touched the ball).

Oh, yes, BTW Hasslam got ejected for throwing his mouthguard at Joey Crawford. Idiot.

Great game, by far the best of the day, and think it stays that way. Bulls showed all game they won't be an easy out. Also showed how they played Miami all season - well and tough.

Aside from their hustle, they're good at driving and shooting, and have a bunch of clutch guys on their team. Hinrich/Nocioni took a couple bad shots down the stretch, indeed, but they're the baby bulls. ;)

haslem's an idiot first of all, I hope he gets suspended for that. It was a good game. I like the Bulls and wanted them to win but they played hard and kept it close. Wade ended up doing OK but he has a problem playing against Chicago, I don't know if it's the hometown thing or what. This is going to be a great series.

It's the Bulls defense, mainly Kirk Hinrich. But he eventually got more focused and broke out of it, yesterday. I'd say when in Chicago it's both.
