30 wins is a bit insulting, dont you think?

Yoda said:What is your point? Why are you coming on a Kings message board insisting we such and are know a 30 win team?
Are you having a bad day?

OK, I can buy that. If you say you are not here to insult or attack, welcome. I will look forward to your incite.foretaz said:actually if u look at my first post today, it was in response to one of urs...in no way am i trying to put the kings down...as ive said, they are a team i enjoy following and root for....hell i just watched a couple of their old games on nbatv this week...
if any take it that way, i apologize...that is not the intent...i understand how frustrating it can be to have someone from a different team appear to bash on ur team....and i assure u thats not the case here....
i spend time on 2 boards....pacers digest, because they are the team i love....and kingsfans....because i happen to like the kings and it seems thru the years there have been things take place between the two teams....
i understand the pain some of u might be feeling who realize what might be on the horizon....please just realize i will be unhappy as well...id love to see the kings do well.....i would enjoy nothing more than a kings/pacers finals..
foretaz said:a .500 club after the trade...and like i said, it appears there might be a downgrade at sg....
G_M said:I might be in the minority but I think either Evans if he resigns, or Martin will mesh better than Mobley did. Maybe sacrificing offense for an overall better team game at the SG position. Mobley was clutch at times but he made a LOT of bad decisions, got beat like a drum on defense after his first three or four games, and generally did not fit with what the Kings were doing.
So, if the Kings go backwards I don't think it will have anything to do with Mobley being a CLIPPER.
foretaz said:ill only say this....as mentioned earlier...the team was a .500 team after the trade....i know about injuries and goofy years, trust me....but as a pacer fan i also question brads ability to stay completely healthy for a whole year....hes never really done it....
i think the kings will struggle to be as good of a team as they were last year....its early , but the signs dont appear to be that personnel will be any better....they will have a lame duck coach...
and probably most importantly....i think every other team in the division will be better....
you combine these two things....and well....a .500 team can go to a 30 win team pretty quick like....maybe its 30 or maybe 35...but right now, the way it looks to me....35 wins looks to be on the high side....
heres hoping im wrong...![]()
Yeah and when Artest jumps in the stands again and kicks the **** out of some fan, gets suspended for life then it would be such a smart movekings4life said:ok your saying you wouldnt trade peja for artest.well artest never chokes in the playoffs like peja.artest is not soft like peja.and your saying you wouldnt trade peja for artest.well i dont know what your thinking but i would trade him.bibby, artest, miller sounds like a better group.

great D, and can score.
even though he's nuts, i'd still love to see him on the kings.
SacTownKid said:I picked Bonzi b/c we would have to give up one of "core" for Artest, probably Bibby. Don't want to do that. I say Bonzi b/c he is a good player that will make a major impact in every facet of the game. Plus we wouldn't have to tough the "core" to get him.

Purple Reign said:I am very surprised that no one has yet chosen Sprewell. I myself chose Artest, but I would much rather go with "Spree" than Bonzi or the youngsters. He is a veteran, that knows how to win. He is not the Sprewell of the Knicks anymore, but he is a serviceable more than capable off guard that does the thinks the Kings need. Defend, rebound, and shoot the outside shot.
