Bobby Jackson cleared to play

WELCOME BACK BOBBY!!! Thrilled to have BJax back, can't wait to see him on the court again. I'm sure he will be rusty, I'm sure he won't be in top form, but I am sure that he will find a way to contribute & I hope that his energy, enthusiasm and passion are contagious.

Good to see he's back. If I was Rick I would play Bobby at least some tonight. And I wouldn't even let Mike put on his uniform. My starting lineup vs. Suns would be Eddie,Kevin,Mo,Corliss,Skinner with Tag, Daniels, and Bobby being the only ones to come off the bench.

did anybody catch mo. evans on rise guys saying bobby is playing a little tonight.
i dont think the rise guys even caught that. mo said under his breath.
Really?! Interesting.

In the Sacbee article today, it said that Bobby won't play tonight but will 1st game of PO.

Whatever happens, I'm just glad Bobby's back!!! :D

i i know some people seems to think that bobby's coming back may disrupt the flow of the team now,.,

go bobby
well those people are blind. this team doesn't have a "flow" right now. we need help bad and bobby's presence should do that.

I thought Mo said that, too! It was so soft and quick, I wasn't sure, tho. Of course, maybe he misspoke. I'd love it, tho. Just so the Arco fans could welcome him back, before the team heads to Seattle.

^Yes. Bobby= instant energy and effort, which is something we have been missing. People have been saying that we are not giving effort. I believe it just fades throughout the game. Well, with the old sparkplug back it might just remedy that, and who knows, we just might surprise everyone in the playoffs.

(crossing fingers)

^^Well if we talking about media folk who thinks we'll get the upset we can also put Tony Kornheiser on that list...he said it yesterday on PTI

LOL...ofcourse he didn't have any facts for why Seattle is vulnerable to the upset or what positives the Kings have on their side...but it was his pick for a upset...heh...

not that any of us really care but I just thought I'd share...

Yeah, I've heard a lot of people saying that we would be a "likely upset", whatever that is, but as much as I'd like us to win and believe we can, it would still be an "upset".

We haven't ever won a series without HCA but I would love this to be the first. GO KINGS GO!

would that really be an upset ?
Yeah it would be a pretty big upset too. I think getting to the playoffs was a heck of an accomplishment with all the adversity we've had this season. But I think we will rise to the challenge. Mike will get it done down the stretch of close games.

okay didn't mean to get the thread derailed...

GO BJAX!! WELCOME BACK!! If Mo Evans IS right and he is gonna see a little bit of minutes tonight (not that I'm worred about this not happening but) ARCO better go balistic

I know I will be from the comfort of my home :)

Two things immediately come to mind:

1) People assume that Bobby's out of shape. I think he'll be in great shape. He hurt his wrist, not his leg or anything. I doubt that he's been taking the past 4 months off. His shot might be affected, but other than that, I think we'll see the same ol' sparkplug Bobby Jackson that we've always known.

2) Having him back is a good thing, especially against a team like Seattle that might employ a backcourt duo of Ridnour/Daniels at times. But if I see Mike, Bobby and Cuttino in the game at one time, I might scream.

Three of them on the perimeter would not be nearly as bad as Pedja as PF and Williamson as center:eek:

You are assuming we won't do both at the same time.

PG- Bibby
OG- Bobby
SF- Mobley
PF- Peja
C- Corliss

NBA championship here we come!!

Why do I think Bobby would be the leading rebounder in that scenario?;)
