So, our starting PG, SG, C, and backup C are all out? Bummers.
some of the responsibility has to go to the training staff. are they not stretching and taping the players properly? they say down here in so. cal that the lakers have one of the best training staffs in the nba and that is one of the reasons why they always seem to have their key players healthy to play...
maybe the kings need an upgrade with the training staff and their player preparation and strengthening....
Do our guys not stretch before playing or something?

They say hmm? Is that why Bynum hasn't played a full season and Kobe's index finger will fall off before he has grandchildren?
Further down in the article it mentions that Reke and Beno were back out on the court, so its just the bigs who have been wiped out at the moment. I still find it amazing that armed with maybe the deepest big rotation in the league, we have needed every single one of them, and a splash of Darnell Jackson too, just to make it through preseason.
The ankle ghost strikes again:
Omri turns ankle

This really depressed me. I know it's the pre-season and these are minor injuries....BUT.
kingsboi said it best:
Someone in another thread mentioned Tyreke doesn't tape his ankles. I'm not sure if other guys tape their ankles or not. But it damn well should be required from this point on.
Sprained ankles happen, but shouldn't at this rate. I'm curious as to what kind of lifting programs these guys are doing in the offseason. There are stability exercises meant to prevent sprained ankles, and I have to wonder if the players are doing any of that stuff. I'm concerned because even if these are minor sprains right now, how many of them will be re-occuring throughout the season? Last thing we need is 3-4 guys battling nagging ankle injuries all year.
I watched the T-Wolves against an under strength Laker team in London and they looked good. Michael Beasley was running the show and seemed to be enjoying his ball.
Darko had the most pathetic post up moves i've ever seen, he is garbage. But they looked good in transition and had a lot of pace down the court.
