I started a thread last year regarding possibily trading for Amare last yr when it first came out the Steve Kerr was shopping him. Apparently the members here don't like the idea.
He is a huge upgrade over JT (at this point of JT's career). But we probably will need to give up Martin + JT for him at least. I rather offer Martin + JT for Chris Bosh. Both Bosh and Amare are not great defensive players. But Bosh has better size and will be able to play better team defense in the post.

I'm pretty sure that was just a crack at the T'wolves for taking Rubio, Flynn and Lawson in the draft last year
