I don't understand how Wilt is a lock at center? He only got two rings, and Russell kicked his *** every times.

Russell got worked over by Wilt by all accounts even in the series against Boston which Philly/LA lost. The Sixers beat Boston in 67.

With the eception to funkykingston's post, jordan is a given at shooting gaurd. as for the fest here is mine:

pg:magic: does showtime ring a bell.
sg:jordan: the greatest of all time will always be here.
sf:bird: how ironic to put bird and magic on the same team. that would have been awsome.
Pf:malone: could be the best pf of all time.
c:jabar; cant arue with sucess.

Although the celtics of the 60s must be considered in this discussion. forget the lakers, that was a dynasty. although you can arue it is harder to do what they did now.

Nothing against wilt, but he only got two rings in a era of fines and guards. The past seven years have been an era of power forewords and we STILL can't find someone who can match up with Shaq.

who else will ever score 100 points in a game...or average over 50 pts/25 reb

PG - Magic Johnson
SG - Michael Jordan
SF - Larry Bird
PF - Tim Duncan (least deserving, but more qualified than any other power forward I can think of with 3 championships, 2 MVPs, and 3 finals MVPs)
C - Wilt Chamberlain
