A lot of reporters and bloggers have the same nonsense approach. Grant has it to. Yeah, the coach is going to come in and teach these unruly kids a lesson!

The old George is precisely the man I fear. I hope he is never heard or seen from again, because he will ruin us. The old George was a good coach who eventually ruined everything he touched because he was a raving ass and egomaniac. And personalities like Cousins or Rondo aren't going to take that crap from anybody. if the old George is dead and buried, good. On the other hand if the new George has so little energy that we are basically paying George Karl level money to have a season being coached by Chad Iske...we can do better than that.

It's an embarrassment, is what it is. The guy simply does not get it. Right after another tough game...I'd have have thrown up in my mouth, after being forced to do "meet and greet" with Ranadive's buddy of the week. Unbelievable

Note that that may not be what it seems. Easy hook for media, but Drake apparently knows Cuz and Rondo already, so might be less showing off a famous friend, then having the famous friend want to stop in and say hi. Still shouldn't have been done in that situation, but overall if Vivek can be distracted by the entertainment rather than doing something rash, its fine.

in any case the picture is clearly being painted that karl is beyond his time and is here for whatever W's we can muster to add to his record and for that final pay day.

a few here raised the fact that he wouldn't be here beyond his contract but that wasnt flagged as a concern. A name coach who wanted to come to sac was happily snapped up. Too bad theres been issue after issue since he got here.
