Good riddance. Bad guy. Bad teammate. Bad basketball player.

Wait what? Your assessment of people really puzzles me at times.
Yep, it's all true. Trust me I know from personal experience. The only thing I might be incorrect on is the bad basketball player part. He can be a decent player but only in the right system.
I assume that means his player option for next year is null, right?
Now my drinking game won't be as much fun.
Drink every time one of our PG's shoots. Try it sometime if you want to get hammered.
Appreciate the accuracy but, from my point of view, I'm seeing that as a difference without a distinction.

Hooray !!!!!!!
Glad Brooks is gone, didn't seem like he wanted to be a King anyway.
I can't blame him if that's how he was feeling.
With that said, we're better off w/o him anyways. Never should have signed him in the first place. But, surprise surprise - we've been saying that alot about Petrie's moves the last half decade.
I could go on but we all know the moves and resume, no need to review.
Get something for him? Include him in some sort of deal, for anything at all? Even a cheap SF would have been ideal. Nope.
More bold, innovating moves by our GM.
Petrie's long coveted Brooks, and maybe decided to grab him to fulfill whatever weird undersized scoring fetish he has, regardless of whether the fit was right or not. It's like a grown up buying Beanie Babies now because they couldn't afford them when the craze happened. Petrie probably just wanted a chance to play with Brooks like a Beanie Baby.
My uncle bought a red Corvette when he was in his late 50s because he's always wanted a red corvette when he was younger. He gave it up within 2 months because of impracticality/cost/he felt ridiculous.
No, he's actually a pretty good player, this was just the absolute worst fit for him, he's a scoring pg, and we already had IT, Evans, Jimmer, and Thornton all being shoot first guards. Our front office is mind boggling, and i'll take the "bad guy" comment as a joke.
The Kings are the absolute worst fit for everyone. This team needs to be cleansed and injected with money.
This is one of the reasons why your "grades" hold no weight.
I bought a 72 Triumph Spitfire...A Corvette I can understand. But an Alpha Romero is quite another thing!
You'll get over it!
