And Webber and AI are looking better and better together, not so much in shooting tonight but in how they interact and communicate and look for each other. AI had a career high 15 assists!!! That's ALLEN "I WON'T GIVE IT AWAY BECAUSE IT'S MINE" IVERSON - with 15 freaking assists!
I saw Webber go to the floor for a loose ball and I saw him box out for the rebound more than once. It's apparent, at least to me, that he's finding his niche...
I certainly hope he doesn't do to the Kings what he generally does to former teams.

VF21 said:Yep, it's still Chris Webber we're talking about. Underestimate the motivation he's going to have stepping into Arco tomorrow night all you want. I'm not ready to do that. And, for the record, his performances in the second night of back-to-backs had markedly improved before he left here, so why do you think it will be different tomorrow?
You want to act like the game tomorrow night is a walk in the park? Fine. I just hope the players don't make that mistake because if they do, they're going to regret it.
Skinner isn't going to lay anyone out. We're going to have our hands totally full just trying to guard Iverson. Even a one-legged Webber is dangerous, especially since he knows the weaknesses of his former team-mates SO WELL. Webber and Iverson had off nights tonight. The game before they put up a combined 68 points. The Kings have to be ready and they have to focus. If they have an attitude like yours, they're doomed.
