I'm not on him about being passive, I'm on him about driving into three guys and leaving a drop-off pass to the other team. It was like he had no plan and as soon as his first option went bad, there was nothing else he could pivot to.

Agreed. But he's shown through SL, G-League and in very limited NBA minutes, his first step is elite. He gets paint touch after paint touch. Doesn't really know what to do when he gets there, but that's an incredibly valuable skill in the NBA.

See what that decision making looks like 1000 minutes later.

Y'all's tone is facetious, but Bagley is having a career season in terms of efficiency, and his per/36 rebounding numbers are quite adequate. Maybe he's figured it out?

There’s always been the tools to be *something*

Just somewhere without the pressure of being the #2 pick ahead of Luka Doncic, who the fanbase by and large would have preferred.

Dude, the team has 6 assists, lol. This is clearly a slopfest of slopfests. Let the young guys roll the ball out and play. It's that simple. Christie would rather watch Monk get destroyed on D every play and Zach shoot his team back into a game. It's clear. This isn't a rebuild, this is going to be a re-tool. Just watch.

Exactly. Non-elite prospects still sometimes possess elite skills. And I agree that Carter appears to have an elite first step and a strong ability to get to the rim, even if he's currently struggling with his finish. Coach that up. Get him into games regularly. Let's see if he figures it out through significant reps. What the f*** else are the Kings going to do with their time as a 12-38 team headed toward a worst-in-the-league finish?

Lol Kayte just hammering home the "WE GET DYLAN CARDWELL ON A STANDARD DEAL!!!"

Despite the fact we had like 6 guys we could have just bought out and moved him up.

Chuck: "What kind of party is it, Kenny?"
Kenny: "Oh, it's a block party!"
Chuck: "Who's invited?"
Kenny: "Oh, Jamir Watkins and Will Riley."
