Just for clarification, What does while learning the league mean?

I mean that he's a rookie, and while we are enjoying his play he's probably got to make a bit of expected "veteran improvement" to really nail down a long-term roster spot. If he stagnates instead of grows he may not stick forever.

Real nice five-minute stretch he's in right now though.
