I think it can be more fluid than "making a decision", per se. As Coach Christie himself had confessed, whoever got the hot hand that particular night should get to do it. Everyone should be a good enough teammate to understand that one of their guys is having the hot hand.

Yeah, and in the regular season that can work. Come playoff time the players that survive start chomping others out. We saw it the lone playoff season so far. Christie knows post season ball so I'm sure it work itself out.
It's honestly nice to see DDR going up against Lavine, Pat Williams and co. It gives me a sense like DDR knew the scouting report off the top of his head on each of them and attack them accordingly.
