7-1 under Doug. I don’t think even the biggest homer with the purplest glasses would expect something like this
Absolutely. Actually, I’m convinced we would have been nearly blown off of the court before this coaching change. The Bulls have the exact kind of team that typically gave us fits.Gotta look at things in context, too: coming off the big win in Boston, this is a game that the Kings would have lost before Christie took over. That alone makes it a good win.
If you asked me 2 weeks ago, I'd say my expectation was for Doug to not get embarrassed too much before they rip his interim tag off.7-1 under Doug. I don’t think even the biggest homer with the purplest glasses would expect something like this
“This champagne is too bubbly!”"I came all the way over to your house and all you have in the fridge is sh***y beer?"
I’ve always said I just wanna root for the team to win every day. We’re getting that chance again. We can let future come before we worry.
Especially as fans, as long as they are producing a good product out there, which by my count, as long as they fight and play hard every game to give themselves a chance to win that's good enough for me, I'm fine to just enjoying the ride.
He sucks finishing at the rim.Thank God we never acquired him, honestly. Lavine seems like such a big tease and i suspect he’s playing like this to be traded elsewhere.
Ufff, 48 minutes long nail biter. Bulls scored 'just' 24 points in the 4th q and that was it for them.
Anyway, ugly or not, Kings did what they had to do - got a W.
Feels like Kings now are obliged to take care of Bucks too, ain't it![]()

Live and die like a King.Brad Miller wore a Kings sweater in the Derrick Rose Bulls team reunion photo lol
With the way things are now, are we expected to beat the Bucks? This is a great win!
Now if they can do this against teams they are expected to beat we may have something here!
That's called standing on business.Brad Miller wore a Kings sweater in the Derrick Rose Bulls team reunion photo lol

Carmichael Dave never not see fit to yell out the quiet part off the top of his lungs.
the Bulls were missing White though (doesn’t really matter when Lonzo and THT randomly shot like Steph for most of the night)

There was one like that in the first quarter too, he spinned Zo twice with a reverse dribble, Monk just missed the 3.
I'm suddenly remembering an inappropriate Chris Rock joke about a "cloudy" marital aid...“This champagne is too bubbly!”"I came all the way over to your house and all you have in the fridge is sh***y beer?"
I bet Christie still hates losing that first game against the Lakers.7-0 after his first practice with the team
On one hand, the Bucks will have arguably the two best players in the building, and the sort of length that typically renders the Kings anaphylactic.Yea I need to be realistic when it comes to the Bucks. Yes they will probably win, but I would at least like to see the Kings be competitive and not make it easy for them. I mean the Bucks are no insanely flawless team like the Cleveland Cavaliers, but they are still incredibly strong. I feel like the Bucks have been playing better than their record shows, but hey that's just me. I can be wrong.
Last year it was infuriating how many games we lost to bad teams. It’s becoming more evident that brown didn’t respect our opponents. Yes some of the blame lands on the players but what we’re seeing now is night and dayHonestly, I think it really comes to the respect we have as an organization, as a team, for our opponents. This is how you can make a case for why Mike Brown was badly coaching the team before he was fired. This game by no means looked pretty, nor any of our players looked like they had a great stroke with the ball, but when it comes to the latter half of the game, winning is the only option for Coach Christie and he's willing to keep switching things up just to get the best 5 of our roster out there to inch out the somewhat difficult win.
It's a great win to me.
You can say whatever about the Lakers game. I think Doug killed it in the press conference afterwards when he was asked about Keon and said “he’s important to this team. He just needs to shoot more.” I think that helped everyone get the trust and confidence that they were lacking under the Brown regime.7-0 after his first practice with the team
Let's not forget last time Keon Ellis played almost flawless defense and locked the F down Lillard. On one hand, the Bucks will have arguably the two best players in the building, and the sort of length that typically renders the Kings anaphylactic.
On the other hand, they also have Doc Rivers.
