that turned to crap pretty fast. when McLemore was draften I was worried it would spell the end of Reke, until PDA made noises about starting the two of them together. had they acquired another shooter and trotted out a lineup of say
Reke
McLemore
Wright
PPat
Cuz
this would've intrigued me. space the floor and let your two best players finally work out a two man game (there were beginnings of that even under Smart until it was inexplicably thrown out). it wouldn't have been a sustainable lineup, what with the lack of frontline defense, but it would've been a start, but now...I don't appreciate letting go of Tyreke plain and simple, this organisation has been doing its best to suppress his development and he still was willing to come back on a reasonable deal, after turning in a season that should have made even the most jaded of you admit that he's on the right track again (guess I was wrong about that though). I'm not completely beyond hope for our new front office, but if the last two days set the tone for what's in store for us, this won't be a very fun ride.
