Sure you can be angry. But you said you were becoming apathetic about this team again. I figured you'd be happier rooting for a team that wins all the time.
Okay, what's there to be optimistic about? Coaching and star failures vs. Cavs and Lakers, blowing a 20 point lead in LA, losing to Philly. Playing like **** against Dallas. Sorry, but it's starting to look like the Kings just got lucky the first 1/3 of the season.

Like I said, maybe you should find another team to root for. I don't think you really get what's happening with this team at all.

The teams in the league (not the officials) are taking notice of our abilities and so we will have to bring it even more than we did in the beginning

I think I'm starting to believe that Evans really isn't a PG but more of a combo guard. We need a pure PG that focuses on running the offense and finding the open man. Beno is a good shooting/playmaking back-up PG. If GP does decide to trade Martin, i hope a gets a pure PG and a defensive/rebounding big.

I'm exremely dissapointed about the last few games. I'm as pissed as any fan right now. But to say there's nothing to be optomistic about? Are you kidding? This is a tough loss, but I'm more excited about this team than any Kings team in years. These losses suck, but they are a necessary part of growing as a team.

Is that based on the fact he missed 3 games, didn't practice for over a week, and then stepped on the court vs Jason Kidd and one of the best teams in the league? Give the kid a break. He had 6 assists and 0 TO's in his first game back.

I predicted the outcome of the score, 99-91 in the prediction thread, but I forgot to pick a winner. I always pick Kings though, so I was wrong, but I nailed the score. Pretty amazing.

tyreke is effective when he tries to run the offense hes just too indescisive right now. he holds the ball at the top for wayyyy to long. He just needs to learn to get into our sets faster, he certainly has the ball handling and offensive awareness to be our pg. I think with martin back we are going too see evans life get alot easier.

The Kings were certainly helped by the schedule makers. This stretch was destined to be brutal. They are not healthy, inexperienced, and running into every single title contender the league has to offer during this stretch.

Should they have won a couple of these games? Not according to smart guys at the beginning of the season. But they have been very close, and feeling as though they should have won any of these games is a fortunate side effect of this team being better than anyone expected them to be.

Working injured players back into the fold will also take a toll on our record. This may get worse before it gets better, but it should eventually get really, really good.

The only ones consistently playing like 10-year vets are the rooks and sophs.
All the more reason to be optimistic about the future. The wait is a b!*&#, but it will be worth it. I'm a new fan (came here for Omri), but I already can't wait for the Kings to knock the lakers out of the playoffs. That sweet moment will be worth suffering every frustrating loss, every missed FT, and every phantom foul called on our guys.

I think that everyone underestimated Dallas. The Mavericks, when playing at their best, can run deep into the playoffs. The Kings are predicted to be sitting out for the big dance.

Dallas's defense and fast break offense were pretty impressive.

I think the Mavs are a much better team across the board than the Lakers. They have a ton of veteran players who all just want to win and play together.

By everyone, do you mean the fans or the team or both?

I don't think the team underestimated them at all, I just think we we're tired and feeling the physical sting of last night's loss.

Even Coach just mentioned both the physical/emotional toll as well.
