Any movement on the part of an offensive player that dislodges the defensive player from and established position is an offensive foul. Thats a rule. It would be nice if they enforced it...

Calls come with respect and star status. Dirk is not getting the calls because Dallas is a major market. He is a star and they are a big name team, we are a team of rookies. When we were good, we got a lot of those calls (2002 conference finals not withstanding). If we keep getting better and developing Reke and crew will get those calls soon enough. For now, they are just the reality of the NBA and we have to fight through them.
