What is the pricing on game tickets? Also Ray Mac and Ben should participate along with Nik and whoever we draft.
$32.60 per day online. That's got a $7.60 convenience fee that could possibly go away if you order by phone. (Edit: nope - convenience fee still applies over the phone)

Tickets are $25 a day at the arena but only $16 a day for seniors, I think >62. Senior tkts only purchased at the arena, not online. Sales at arena every day from 10am.

Looks like I am going to Summer League after all, but not in LV.

We are taking a vacation to Utah next week to visit friends and my wife surprised me with tickets to Utah's summer league games on Monday. Looks like I'll see Philly vs. SA and Boston vs. Utah. Should be fun! I'm no scout, though, so don't expect much on that end. Just going to have some fun.

Is it easy to talk to the players or veterans or reporters when going to these events?

Also, are you guys going after the 16th also?
Talking to the players is sort of a catch as catch can. By that, I mean they'll be walking around the concession area between games, along with GM's, Coaches, and a lot of other tall people with gray hair that you think you should recognize. One year JT's mom and dad sat right next to us at a game. We didn't know who they were until they introduced themselves when they heard us talking about JT. We talked Joe and Gavin Maloof in the concession area one year, and I spoke to Petire in the concession area. So you never know who you might see. At that point it's up to you to approach them.

I think our plan is to stay through the 15th. Not sure about the 16th, but probably not. Hoping the Kings will play on the 15th.

Oh okay. So none of you guys will be there for the final weekend I am assuming?

And meeting players doesnt sound too difficult. Maybe one of the, will be nice enough to let you be part of their entourage for the day if you really hit it up with them haha.

Also if someone is coming straight from the airport to Summer league with a suitcase, is there place they can hold it at the arena?

Also after every game one player sometimes two, are set up in an autograph table where you can line up to get an autograph. But those lines are controlled by quantity of folks in the line. My guess is around 25-50 depending. As baja said its easy to rub elbows with everyone there from undrafted players, to coaches, first round picks and always a bunch of Hall of Fame players there for fun and to help their teams.

As to your luggage, when are you arriving? We will have a car at Cox Pavilion parking every day as baja and his bud watch every game start to finish every day. At least as much as his rehab allows. If we are there and you call me on cell phone you can leave it in our car until later. Send me a private email to coordinate.

I will be interested to see James Anderson. Looks like your prototype 3 and D wing thats in vogue right now. Some guys need a few years and a spell in Europe to find their nitch in the league. He did play a lot for the Sixers 2 years ago and looks like a solid spot shooter, shot 33 percent, but take into account that that team had no one that draws double teams, his shots were probably more contested than the type of looks he can expect to see playing with Cousins/ just better talent overall. Also seems like the prototype wing to play in that Whalberg drive and kick offense as all of his higlights I have found are spot shooting or attacking the rim from the wings. Im sure the ex Sixer coaches put in a good word for him. If he can be about league average 3 pt shootet at about 35-36 petcent and play defense he would be a good deep bench option.

I appreciate it. I will try to see if I can figure it out before heading there. If I go, it will be during the last weekend. Are you guys staying that long?

You're right. Danny Green followed the same path. Deep bencher for a good team, out of the league, played in Europe and then he came back and became the player he's today. I hope Anderson can do the same.

Jason Jones ‏@mr_jasonjones 33m33 minutes ago
Sim Bhullar said he's about 25 lbs lighter since the end of the season. Says he's jumping better and will be better defensively and on lobs

Starting lineup of Cousins, Moreland, Koufos, WCS, Bhullar anyone?
I happen to be staying in the same hotel as the Kings summer league team tonight and I had the opportunity to exchange a few greetings with some of the players. A couple quick observations: first, Sim does look WAY more fit then last year and as a result, he should be able to get up-and-down the court much easier. Secondly, we're going to absolutely love WCS! What a good dude!!! While taking pictures he joked with his teammates and I, he came off as being very personable and an easy going guy. Based on that brief interaction, it appeared he has already earned the respect of his teammates!! We're lucky to have him!! Go kings!!
