I think Ben plays with the starters because he is a good defensive guard and we don't need his scoring with Gay and Cuz in there. Nik gives offense to the bench. So I don't think much will change. Both need to start hitting some shots though.
Nik is great off of the bench. Don't know why, but it just makes more sense that way.

Also, a radical idea: I'd really like the Kings to play as if the guards could make shots, e.g. passing it out of the paint to guards. It would be great practice for the Kings guards, at the cost of wins. But so what? If we win less, we get a higher draft pick anyway. If we do that, in the long run, we would 1) get familiar with a passing offense, and 2) the shooters get more experience, and 3) a chance at a higher draft pick (the small -- yet bitter -- cherry on top).

The rotation tonight is starting to boil down a bit toward my favorite pieces. Cuz, Gay, Evans, Collison, and a little help from Casspi. Only Stauskas wasn;t able to get anything going, although he really didn't look bad out there. just irrelevant.

In any case, DWill is out. Landry did nothing. Our last two lottery "shooting" guards are a combined 0-6, so we are basically playing 4 on 5, and Sessions is struggling again.

JT is kind of the only in between case, as he contributed a bit on defense without ever doing much on the scoreboard.

Basically what you're saying is trust your teammates and in the end it will pay off with increased confidence. Less fear of making a mistake.

Are the Warriors THAT good of a team or are the Kings playing that much better or both?
We're playing better, but it does help that shots are falling. Rudy's floater, Rudy's three, Ben's three...that's 8 of our 14 points this half and none seemed like good odds at the release.
