The Portland Trail Blazers should seriously consider offering J.J. Hickson a contract extension to bring him back as the starting center for the 2012-13 NBA season. He might seem like a small option to have as the starting center, but he could become a huge asset with the starting rotation. If Hickson can find the same consistency that he had with the Cleveland Cavaliers, it could turn into a steal for the Blazers.
