No game thread yet. Deron Williams is attending a funeral and will miss Fridays game. Boozer has a calf injury too and may miss the game.

It will be up tonight, late. Around 9 p.m. P.S.T probably.

Is that too late? I'll make a placeholder one and expand later.

the way this team is playing right now, especially on the road, they'll still get blown out.

Sloan and his jazz wont roll over... you know what they say a wounded dog is more ferocious

I say if they are down... Do not i repeat DO NOT give them a chance to recover.

treat them still as if they do not miss boozer or williams. do not relax do not float off.. just beat them thats the only way to get respect around the league.

but beat them with grace. take it to them 3 quarters in. and the 4th quarter shall play itself

go kings!

The Jazz have been the west's bipolar girlfriend all season (thanks to Matt McHale of basketbawful for the moniker) Even with their best players playing. And K-Mart isn't going to keep missing shots forever. This game could go either way.

first ellis, now williams. this is perfect, now all we need is the best player of every team left on our schedule to miss the game against us and we'll be fine. :D

it could happen... i doubt that it will but it could happen and i wouldnt complain about it. it would be cool to see how we would do against every team in the league without their best player. that'd be awesome.

Well, I'm actually disappointed that he's not playing. I like seeing our rookie star go up against the league top PG's.

Just checked my fantasy team and it says Boozer will be out of tonights game. Talk about a chance to steal a road win.

Boozer (calf) has been diagnosed with a moderate right hamstring strain and will not play in Friday night's game against the Kings, the Deseret News reports.

Spin:
Boozer will be re-evaluated on Monday; and while his status beyond Friday is uncertain, Boozer will likely miss more action. Boozer told David Locke of 1320 K-Fan that that he hopes the injury will keep him out only about 10 days and not several weeks. Either way, fantasy owners will likely be without Boozer's service for a few games.
