Will Kings be Nets first victim?

I'm dreading the fact that this could very well happen and put a damper on this weekend. In fact, knowing the Kings luck, it will happen.

Nets have been losing because of Devin Harris' injury. He's back now and trying to play himself into game shape. The Nets would not be 0-14 if Harris wouldn't have missed 10 games and been hobbled in the other 4. So yeah, it is a very real possibility that Harris could be back in the starting lineup, puting up 25-30 ppg and 6-8 assists and leading them to a few victories in the near future. And we could be one of them. But I doubt it. Seriously. Unless Tyreke is really hurt.

They're going to beat somebody soon. They've been losing a lot of close games and the law of averages says that can't last forever. Especially if Devin Harris is back.

Tim Legler made a good point. He says them being so bad that they're getting different treatment from other teams compared to other typical baD teams. Most good or average teams will take a team as bad as the nets pretty lightly. But Tim says that since they are WINLESS teams are playing them as if they are a title contender cause nobody wants to be the first team to give the nets their first win :)

Not sure if such question deserves a thread...

Both teams haven't been playing great lately and the answer could wait for the game's preview, right now the Kings are facing the Knicks.

Man, I don't even want to think about possibly being the first team to lose to the nets....

Oh, our Kings know the situation... In tonight's Knicks post game interview Westphal said we are taking the Nets seriously..

I also like that Coach W said Kings will practice on Thanksgiving to prep for New Jersey on Friday. He said it would be lite workout but at least stay sharp and not veg out/turkey out all day at home thinking win-less Nets will easily roll over.

I hope the Kings don't think like a lot of people on this thread. Isn't that what a lot of people were saying about the Nicks game?

The Knicks weren't winless. New Jersey will be playing with the kind of desperation that only a winless team can play with. It would be a mistake to take them lightly.

That's just it. Will they stagger around aimlessly, or will they end up eating your brains?

Lol I was watching nba tv and Smitty Steve Smith and Dennis Scott chose the Nets to win since they thought the nets had a mindset of not wanting to have that losing streak record, guess the Nets thought otherwise
