So I'm reading the stats of Whiteside in the D-League for the last three games and I see he played 10, 7 and 2 minutes respectively for those games. Anyone know why? Is this Coach Musselman's decision, or are there some other factors at play?

I saw the same thing, and thought it must be a mistake. It is called the developmental league, right? Very troublesome if true, and it appears to be. Someone from the Kings orginization needs to give Musslehead a call.
 
As I've said before when we've discussed Whiteside's lack of pt in Reno, it's better to ride the bench in the NBA than ride the bench in the D-League. If Muss won't play him, get his butt back to Sac.
 
Based on his per 48 he should be getting more minutes. I watched a couple of the games he was in and he owns the paint. Early on he was fouling alot but he slowed down.
