What would you give up for Chris Paul ?

Just wondering Collision is having a great year replacing a injured Paul, seeing how the Hornets have been in financial trouble and Chris Paul has been vocal about the team not willing to spend, if this dream became true and he became available, who would you trade on the team for him ?

JT + Omri/Green

Hawes or a package ?

What do you think the Hornets would want for him.

The Hornets would want more than we could probably afford, depending on how much they value our pick. And CP3 is again NOT a good fit for Reke. But that said...its CP3. When a superstar hits the market, ANY superstar, at ANY position, you'd be foolish not to investigate.

Probably as high as we could go would be the #1, 1 of Donte or Casspi, and 1 of Hawes or JT, + whatever saalries to match (dumping part of the Noc/Cisco/Beno grouping -- Noc is my choice). And...ouch. And worrisome that CP3 and Reke don't mesh. But still, if they were actually willing you'd have to think it over long and hard. CP3 is a HOF caliber PG, and he's still young. Not the no brainer perfect fit that a great young big is however.

I just have to ask. What if our number one is the first pick in the draft. Then what? Do you give up a Wall or a Turner plus another player or two off the roster to get Paul. I wouldn't, but I'm curious, would you?
