What one thing per player do you hope to see

#1
Fox: Ability to penetrate into the lane and find open 3 point shooters.

Bogdan: improved timing and confidence in his off the dribble step back 3.

Buddy: Ability to take players off the dribble and finish.

Giles: Ability to hit the pick and pop from 3 at 36%.

Bagley: Ability to play good perimeter defense on an NBA 3.

Skal: Ability to leg press 400lbs so he can play post defense.

Jackson: improve his 3 point shooting percentage to 36-38%

Fox: progress on the jumper so they have to respect you outside
Bogi: stay the course, thousand points of light. you're perfect the way you are I love you.
Buddy: assassin from all over 3 pt land, slightly improved handles in traffic
Giles: see Kevin Garnett, be Kevin Garnett, make Kevin Garnett
Skal: pounds and muscle, stop getting knocked over like a bowling pin
Justin: let me hear your war cry. AAAARRRRHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
WCS: give a crap... just give a crap every single game and take losing personally.
BJ: chip on the shoulder - knock down shots like a big Redick
Yogi: make some cool plays with Bogdan so the announcers can have all kinds of fun with your names.
Marvin: beast and bounce - run thru a mufuka face and dunk the ball. silence the doubters
Shump: keep it in your pants
Kosta: 6 fouls when we need em and fetch a nice return at the deadline (love you!)
Zach: Bang em up and battle toughen the kids in practice

Fox: create for his teammates. Don't really care how I just want to see him take a positive step in doing this more.
Bogdanovic: More aggressive scoring the ball. Like you I'd love to see him perfect that step back 3.
Buddy: getting to the rim/FT line more. If he added this he would approaching go-to scorer level.
Jackson: Just contribute consistently. He was so jeckel and hyde last year I want to see be a consistently positive player.
Bagley: prove he belongs. In his rookie year I want to see what he did successfully in college score/rebound. He can add other stuff as he develops.
Giles: I still don't have any expectations. I want him what he is before I start asking specific things of him.
Willie: improve consistency. He has shown he has NBA talent and skill but disappears too often.
Skal: stay healthy and and make quicker decisions.

I really want to see all of them move the ball faster and play faster. I want to see them improve as a team more than I want any specific player to improve. Knowing where guys are going to be because you play together and can make quicker passes and help on D faster would go a long way to looking like a better team.

Or allow Scot Pollard to make all their tonsorial and facial grooming decisions.
It is inspired personnel decisions such as this that show why you have ascended to the high honor of Chief Executive Lunatic at the bastion of (in)sanity that is Kingsfans.com. I bow before your wisdom and understanding. Even Solomon in all his glory did not display your level of understanding and clairvoyance. :D:p:cool:

P.S. Writing that was extremely entertaining.
P.P.S. Is that basketball ops decision or marketing? I'll work on a memo...

Better team defense by every player on the roster.
Better rebounding, especially by Bagley, Giles, Willie and Skal. Not to mention Jackson and Bejelica.
If the above happens and the offense stays the same they can win 30 games for the first time in 10 years, maybe 40 games.
