It's such a monkeys paw thing, because you're right, Vlade's ability to flip players for picks was pretty solid, but the reason I forgot about all these trades is due to the fact that when it comes to the draft there's nobody in the world I'd have less confidence in than Vlade.

But if we brought Vlade back in that capacity I would still observe the entire thing with a detached sense of dread.

That would probably be the point at which they miss out on an MVP caliber talent, because they were no longer going with best player available.

It was Luka's worst game as a Laker.
I think Divac is "ambassador" or something for both Lakers and Kings. I guess Hornets are located quite far to have a triple squad with similar role.
