A sign of things to come? A Front office cleanup maybe on our hands.
Has Wes undergone some sort of a life-altering (physical) transformation that only you know about? And do you want to share what you know?Interesting. Several have predicted that either her or Monte would be on the train before next season...
Monte's about to shock us all and introduce a cloned-version of himself to step into the role that is now vacated due to Wes's departure. It sounds like a definite step down in terms of career, but undoubtedly will bring less stress to a family with young children.
Who will help Monte McNair in the prep for draft night? The Kings will not have a first-round pick this year, but still...
LOL I'll get that fixed...unlike Wes!Has Wes undergone some sort of a life-altering (physical) transformation that only you know about? And do you want to share what you know?![]()
By most accounts, Monte was in charge of the draft process and Wes was in charge of deals so the draft process probably won’t be that affected. It sounds like a definite step down in terms of career, but undoubtedly will bring less stress to a family with young children.

If I had to pick one over the other, I'd say the fan's more likely about to be hit.Interesting. I’m all for a more streamlined hierarchy. Is this what we are dealing with or is the Shiii about to hit the fan and everyone is getting out before that happens?
Don't worry, Anjali will be hiring herself for the job any minute now. Please………
NO MORE CO-GM’S!!!

It's a little odd that both Loucks and Wilcox have now left with the season still going on. I can't remember what the rumors were but it was something about someone at the GM position wanted Brown to fire Loucks right? Interesting, the party lines might end up revealing themselves.

Yeah, you could take this two ways. Either Monte is fully consolidating power, getting out any of the old other power structure guys (Brown/Loucks/Wes) or this thing is getting fully torn down this off-season with a full new organization.
We certainly aren't going to have an off-season where signing "Glen Robinson III" is our most exciting move, that's for sure

notice, one by one, staff from this organization are no longer wanting to work for Vivek. My speculation of course.
Monte is almost certainly gone this offseason and Anjali will probably want to pick her own staff lol

If Monte gets canned my bet is on Vlade getting the "interim" tag. He was at too many games lately. Right next to Vivek. Maybe he'll get a chance to redeem himself.
If Vlade comes back in any capacity, I might be (temporarily) done with this franchise. If Monte gets canned my bet is on Vlade getting the "interim" tag. He was at too many games lately. Right next to Vivek. Maybe he'll get a chance to redeem himself.
It absolutely has a rats-fleeing-the-ship vibe to it. Even if he was Mormon (don't know), it would still have that vibe.Abandon ship!! Smart money says they are bailing out because they don’t want to go down with ship. Obvious front office/ ownership/lockerroom friction. If there is a way to sabotage this team the front office/ownership will be guaranteed to find a way to screw it up. No wonder this team is the league lauging stock. How far we’ve fallen in two years.

But at least Vlade and Doug would be on the same page!Vlade back in any way with this franchise would be a permanent sign off with me. Done. Nada. It would be a hard out for me.
