Kings coach Reggie Theus and swingman Francisco Garcia got into a vocal exchange over defensive positioning in the second quarter. "You told me to go there, Coach!" Garcia screamed after Theus criticized him. Theus and Moore also exchanged harsh words in the fourth quarter.

Stuff like that happens all the time with every team.

My favorite part of the night... leaving the arena in my jersey, a Warriors fan walked by and said "Go Queens."

I yelled back at him, "We don't Believe!"

That means you would only be unable to be seen in the 4th quarter, and then only to people less then 7 feet tall.
LOL!

I know Mikki saw him, as he and Kevin locked eyes on a couple of sweet passes, and we know Brad sees him. I actually saw Spencer cheering him, so Spencer sees him. (Does that mean Spencer is going to be a legitimate 7 footer?)

People keep talking about Martin disappearing in the 4th quarter. I don't think some of them realize how true that comment might be. Perhaps you should make sure he's wearing a reflective wristband or something so he doesn't come up missing.

Ah, but you're forgetting one thing. They cannot see him, so his wild gestures and jumping up and down are for naught. Perhaps we should invent shoes that whistle or make siren noises so even when he's invisible they'll HEAR him?

I really don't think we have to worry about this.
I hope we don’t have to worry about this.

A.J did a great job tonight. Nice passes, great eye contact and some nice shots…Can’t believe John was playing. Just when I think Quincy will finally get to see the floor, John decides to give it a go. John Salmons plays 14:27 and makes 2 points and 1 turnover while Quincy Douby plays 8:38, makes 4 points, 1 assist and 1 steal…Nice game by the Kings. I was worried that they would start to panic when the Warriors cut the lead. They controlled themselves and finished it off.

Notice the "at the end" part. He went into the 4th Quarter with 32 and 6. Finished the game with 34 and 7. That's pretty much getting shut down in the end.

I still don't understand why Douby doesn't get more time. Yes, RT has said he still wants to win games to get to .500, but what is more important? Proving you can get to .500 as a coach in a meaningless season, or trying to develop a young player so he can contribute more next season? Plus, a lot of guys were injured, and the game wasn't super tight, but Douby just gets a few minutes in a couple short stints.

What does that have to do with this thread?
Well...we just beat the Warriors...they have no center...they need Hibbert...actually...they've NEVER had a center...since they traded Robert Parrish to Boston in 1980, THAT was a good trade!:p They've been looking for a center ever since...Joe Barry Carroll, Alton Lister, Adonal Foyle, Jim Peterson, Ralph Sampson...the list goes on...and on...and on...

The best response I heard tonight was "I believe......you just lost."
Was at the game last night
5 bus loads of drunk Warrior fans sheeesh
was almost unbearable out in smoking area at half time
large numbers of warrior fans, jumping around sreaming talking
trash about the kings, my gosh did the Oakland Raiders loan
out all their fans to the Warriors?

Was sick of hearing all the :

Lets Go Warr iors !!!

chants from the crowd

But the second half did shut them up some

by the end of the third quarter and at near the end of the
fourth quarter I did get several Kings fans'giving them
back their chant:

Go Home Warr iors !!!

Hehe sure it was one long Bus ride back to Oakland

Way to go Kings!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea, I, too was at the game last night. And I hated to hear them chant this.

In my section there was this obnoxious warrior fan and he was heckling everyone in the section. Finally, a couple of security guards came, however, the fan ran so fast, the security guards couldn't catch him.

During the second half, most of them got real quiet. Great job Kings in shutting the Warriors fans up.

After the game, there was some scuffle with some Warriors fans and again the same 2 security guards went up there to see what was going on.

I hate to say this, however, I think Laker fans are more tolerable than Warrior fans because I have been to many games against the Lakers at Arco and never have seen a fight or Laker fan being obnoxious....well, not in my section.

Because douby would have pushed the ball up court fast, pretty much the worst thing we could have done last night.

One side note about warrior fans. Where the heck did they come from they sure were not supporting their team like this a few years back i know that. LAME

Maybe it is the Bus syndrome, 4-5 busses of fans drive in after partying for two hours on the road, drink at the game because they have a ride home,

The kings used to bus fans to warrior games when we were sold out and playing at a high level, has anyone here been on those trips? Were the Kings fans that drunk and loud at their arena?
