Now, not to sound like I am contradicting my previous post, but let's get back to the topic at hand. If you have any questions or problems, PM a moderator. That is what we are here for.

I've PMed moderators before. Sometimes we need to vent about the obvious displeasure with some of the moderation policies here, as the forum is seriously run like a prison. As a former administrator of a forum that was VERY popular in its time, I am literally disgusted by the way this place is run. You DO realize you're forcing MANY users away from posting and contributing, right? KingsFans is considered a joke on other forums I've been to for this very reason.

Well if this is going to turn into a bash Mod's thread.. I've disagreed with mods a lot, especially the ones in question... They have never power tripped on me during our disagreements...

Back to topic at hand - Here is why I think Kmart and Tyreke can work, and it's pretty simple... KMart can shoot the ball pretty well most of the time. The Tyreke penetrate and kick out to KMart for a jumper will be something that will work nicely for our offense this year and if they don't respect Tyreke enough he'll just take it all the way. I firmly believe any guard we put opposite to Tyreke until he proves he can shoot at a high % will have to be able to shoot, defend, and also help distribute. Just think if we had didn't have a KMart to help out, we'd literally have a pretty poor perimeter game.

No dissention of opinion is deleted or punished - far from it, as the mods themselves are frequently in disagreement about the state of the team, opinions on what should be done next, etc. We welcome all opinions as long as they are expressed according to the posting rules. Many of the issues you guys may have run into come from insulting other posters, language, etc., which is not allowed here. If you don't like that, too bad. It isn't changing.

I always get a kick out of the "this forum is a joke" comments. If this place is a joke, why come back? Why are you here if you hate it so much? If you have things to contribute, we'd love to hear it. You want to just observe? Fine. Still glad to have you. You have some serious concerns about this forum? PM them to the board administrator or othe moderators.

We know that lots of you may visit other forums and come here and may not appreciate the difference in environment, however it is that difference in environment, among other things, that keeps most of the folks here coming back.

In general, it all comes down to the overriding rule on posting here, which is "don't be a jerk." That doesn't make this place a prison.

Now, can we please get back on topic. As I said - if you have any questions on particular posts, etc., use the "refer a post" button or PM a mod. We are not going to get any more off-topic in this thread.

I come back because this place is THE place for kingsfans to come, probably from being the original forum devoted to the team. I love the insight of many of the users, especially piksi and bricklayer, but I think its just the former administrator/moderator in me that annoys me to no end when I see all the regulation that goes on here. I'm being very honest when I say: this is the most moderated forum I've ever been a member of. And over the years I've lurked, it seems to be becoming more and more regulated.

Part of this comes from having several long-time posters from other boards coming here to intentionally stir **** up and try to cause probems, for whatever reason. They thought they were being funny, or cute, or whatever. Just causes problems for everyone else at times.

And like VF and Brick said - we have had pointed discussions and requests from some other bloggers/writers/etc. about their stuff being posted here, so we need to really watch that. It's not personal, but definitely necessary to keep this board up and running without the threat of lawsuits. You don't like it, take your anger to them for being difficult about it.
