We've wasted draft pick after draft pick not thinking of building a team with roles, not paying for a good head coach and just ending up with a dysfunctional team of poorly-coached youngsters instead of becoming an up and coming team with great upside. I'm happy for you TRob, this is truly a blessing for you to leave this mess of a team.
