Unfortunately, it does if your only other options are playing guys out of position (Reke, MT, Pat) or 12th man scrubs like JJ or Outlaw.

As long as Evans position doesn't change on offense he can play the 3. He's bigger than Salmons.

It's not ideal long term, but in situations in the 4th Q its perfectly fine.

Also - It's Coles world and were all just living in it!

Exactly, they know their roles and don't try to play out of them

I totally agree with you. It's just unfortunate and definitely not beneficial long term. I would also venture to say that the 4th quarter situations that would dictate having Reke at the 3 are, IMO, rare.
