Not knowing 100% whether you've pulled a muscle or are just experiencing an extreme case of muscle tightness is like the worst feeling in the world.
I'm about 95% sure it's just a case of muscle tightness, but man...Sometimes, the sudden burst of pain kind of makes me want to think that I've pulled a muscle or something.

Not that my physical disability makes it any better to begin with, but damn...Gettin' old kinda sucks!!!

Since I feel like this message board tends to go through extended periods when there's not enough discussion about stuff that's not basketball (or... ugh... football), I figured I'd lean in on an old trope, by presenting a list! Inspired by a conversation that I was having with my main man 20 grand (Hidden Dragons, for those of you in my keeper league) offline the other night. Feel free to debate, or add your own.

The only Nepo babies I FW:
Jack Quaid
Jacob Fatu (although given how short his dad’s time in the WWE was, I guess he’s more of a nepo cousin)
Dominick Mysterio

I will not be taking any questions at this time.

So, because my mom is superstitious, and believes in curses and ****, she's spent the better part of a quarter century terrifying me and my sister. Her great-grandmother was only sixty-one when she died, her grandmother died at sixty-two, and her mother died at sixty-three, so she's legitimately spent the last twenty-five years utterly convinced that she was going to die at sixty-four.

Well, today, we celebrated my mom's sixty-fifth birthday. So, suck on that, curse!
Seventy-three, and counting!

Went to a museum today where this guy builds models out of matchsticks. It’s in a small town not far from here but he has some work for Ripleys believe it or not and some motion pictures like Fast and Furious. Thousands of matches and hundreds of hours. Not normally in my lane of interest but I was impressed. The pictures don’t do the size of the models justice, many of them are 10 feet wide or bigger. The last grainy photo was a drive by of the two competing dollar stores they had in the same building in that town haha 😂IMG_1554.jpegIMG_1561.jpegIMG_1557.jpegIMG_1559.jpegIMG_1560.jpegIMG_1556.jpegIMG_1555.jpegIMG_1553.jpegIMG_1552.jpegIMG_1552.jpeg

Google tells me that the combo of Dollar tree and family dollar is actually quite common, I had just never seen it. Dollar tree had previously owned Family Dollar but is now owned by a private equity company. I’d imagine those combo stores won’t last long

speaking of combo stores, there was a KFC & Taco Bell in the same building which was open for many years before it became solely a Taco Bell about a year ago

my son really likes Tow Mater so I converted his knock off power wheels truck into his favorite animated character. Still have to put the lettering on but it was a fun project. I clamped an old fishing reel to a spare piece of a green house frame to create a tow bar and hook.
