I wish he’d finish his career with TNA (essentially just another WWE brand at this point so that’s not happening) or in Japan but NJPW is a mess right now so I dunno if that’s the best way for him to go out.

Even just with the final two they had the chance to do a whole “Gunther comes for Punk’s career after ending Goldberg, Cena, and AJ” angle for a couple of months but instead they appear to be going for “McIntyre-Reigns Part II” or “Roman is still pissed about the Shield fifteen freaking years later (oh and Seth will show up to screw someone over)l

What’s the TNT Titles equivalent? IC/US/Midcard?

Well, the TNT Championship was the first midcard title they created, so I would presume that it's supposed to be their IC title equivalent. But, comparing the list of champions, it seems like that might be the International Championship instead, and the TNT title seems to be somewhere between the TV title and the European title.
