I'll offer a slightly different view, and opinion. That show was bad. It tried to hard to force itself to be a special event instead of just organically becoming something good.
Next week will be so much better when they aren’t trying nearly as hard.
And that Hogan segment was fantastic. [BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!]
I actually liked the actual matches that they had/ the fact they finally put the Rhea/Liv feud out of its misery (hopefully) but the combined 20 minutes of Dwayne and Terry patting themselves on the back for some reason (+random Taker appearance that probably didn’t need to happen) just killed any momentum that the show and that’s not even counting the oddly flat John Cena promo to tell us something that we all already knew was going to happen is happening.I'll offer a slightly different view, and opinion.
I don't think it was bad, per se. It just felt like any normal broadcast of RAW (minus the many commercials we had been used to seeing on network television). It wasn't "special" by any stretch of the imagination and, yes, on that front, I do agree that the WWE played the Netflix debut to be something it obviously was not.
Did I hate it? Not at all
Did I love it? Not at all
Did I like it? Yes
Just gonna pretend I haven’t been paying attention so when she shows up at the Rumble, I can act surprised.#WorstKeptSecret
SRS is reporting that Jordynne Grace has signed with WWE. I just wish that she didn't have to put Tessa over on her way out.
