Like they said at halftime... without Webber we are no longer a contender. Without Webber, Vlade, and Christie we are one of the worst passing teams in the league (according to them) and we are now very predictable. Screens for Bibby and Peja. No backdoor passes for layups, no open jumpers, just a predictable halfcourt offense. I think we all know we wont win the championship this year or maybe for a few years but I think we all know that we can win this series. Last year Peja played bad, this year Bibby isnt playing up to expectations. Maybe its all because of the new people and predictability of our offense, etc but maybe hes just tired. He has carried us for a large portion of the season and is probably worn out mentally with everything that has gone on. But there is no excuse... we should be able to win this series.

Whats up with the announcers tonight? They must be blind... Every semi-long to long two pointer they called a 3 and never corrected themselves and still referred to some past shots as 3's that were clearly scored as twos and then the "block" on Cuttino's attempted dunk... They seem to think James blocked the shot but all I saw was James' hand hit Cuttino's and the ball get blocked by the rim due to lack of elevation. And now at the end of the half it was a "game changing and magnificent block by James"... :)

I deffinitly know we can come back in this game... It just sucks having Miller's playing time restricted and having our guards fairly cold on offense. I hope we can just take this game and then sweep them in ARCO and make this series interesting because if we lose this game we only have a 5% chance of coming back from a 0-2 deficit and winning a 7 game series.

Lets go Kings!!! Prove the analysts wrong! Play like contenders!

Yeah, the announcers are way off. They even referred to Brad as "Mike Miller". Drugs are bad--especially before announcing a playoff game on national TV.

We may not get out of the first round this year, but rebuilding shouldn't be as painful as for some teams. This series is highlighting our deficiencies in a big way.

well rebuilding will be kinda difficult with the max deal that bibby has, the small deal that Peja has and the max contract that he will expect. Bobby will expect a good deal also and that all adds up to the cap.

for all those getting disappointed with Bibby, i just have to say that you raised the bar way too much for him reach or stay. He is a good player, but not a consistent all star or a player who is clutch, he was clutch in that one series and actually he was great in the whole playoffs that year as oppurtunities presented themselves and he took every advantage of them. But at the same time you have to realize that he was playing great because of the other players on the team too and he was left open because they couldnt leave others. If Otag was playing then instead of Vlade they would leave tag every time and double Bibby/Webber. I am not disappointed

I'm sorry, it's over!
We are heading back to expansionism :(
The Warriors will have our playoff spot next year at this rate. Hope we win the lottery...

It's a really crappy game. no intensity on defense whatsoever, and really a bunch of brain-farts decisions out there by pretty much everyone except for Bibby. Let's get back to Sacramento before we call this one over.

Sorry, what Barkley said at half time was complete and udder bull sh*t . “Sacramento didn’t appreciate Webber” GIVE ME A BREAK. We were the most forgiving franchise he’s ever played for. I understand that we could use him now, but as far as I’m concerned Webber had given us all he’s had. Watch out for some big moves in the summer time, and for the time being, GO KINGS!

I'm sorry but there isn't even a breeze. Heck not even a crack in the paneling for ants to crawl through.

I love the Kings as much as the next fan, been through hell and back with them, but its the truth and it is what it is

barkley doesn't like the kings, its well known but he's right. we are not a good passing team, and the window is closed. we are not a serious contender right now. anyone thinking otherwise is sadly mistaken. if you look at the talent level and the level of play, we are at the bottom of the western conference right now. it's not being negative. it's being realistic. it still doesn't mean we should stop rooting for the kings and hope for the best.

If you keep telling yourself we couldn't use Chris right about now it might actually come true... really... it might... Doug? Vlade? Anyone?

The trade didn't look so good tonight...this series for that matter.

You guys got realize this team is not the same teams we have had in the past. This does not mean we can not get any better. Do not get me wrong we are rebuilding but it is more like on the fly not from scratch. The lucky thing is we a got 2 things going for us we got 3 allstars and 2 6th men of year going for us. On top of that we got the best GM in the league and one of the best owners in the NBA.

Trust me we will get better this summer. I am not worried about this team. WE have a bright future.

You can blame the performance thusfar on the trades, but only in a sense of team chemistry issues. These guys don't know what the heck they are doing half the time! You have to remember that Vlade, Doug, and Webb are all at the end of their careers and are injured. They are NOT the same players these announcers are talking about.
