The Kings next year...

This is fallacious reasoning on your part. Charlotte is doing the same thing that Boston and Atlanta are doing; the difference is that the people running the Bobcats have a higher basketball IQ than the people running the Hawks and Celtics. And the Clippers don't belong in your comparison, since it is well-known that the Clippers continued to be bad for so long for the singular reason that Donald Sterling refused to pay anybody. It's not even a remotely a coincidence that, the year that Sterling finally opened up his wallet, the Clippers made the playoffs.

You are talking about fallacious arguments? You just said that Charlotte, Boston and Atlanta are doing the same thing, but the people running the Bobcats have a higher basketball IQ (not really sure how that is determined anyway). Wouldn't an organization with a 'higher basketball IQ' do things differently than those organizations with a 'lower IQ?'

Furthermore, I am confused by the fascination with the Bobcats these days. They are 16 games below .500. I do not think I have ever seen so much excitement about a team 16 games below .500 before.

Lastly, the list was just a short list of teams that 'have been building for a title run' for awhile. We might as well throw in the Bucks, 76ers, Grizzlies, Magic, Blazers, Hornets, Nuggets, Warriors, Knicks and Bullets. All of these teams have been building for a title for years. I am sure that their run is just around the corner.
