It's not being submitted for Pulitzer Prize consideration or anything. It's a bit of fluff coming out of the MSE public relations/publicity department to help fans get to know some of the new players a little better. It's a piece of fluff; not gonzo journalism.

I like the idea that they're making an effort to introduce the players to the fans in a broader sense.

It's all good IMHO.

But to introduce him as a CLOWN with no record of accomplishing anything yet. That's the silly stereotype most teenagers I mostly saw in obnoxious packs around the mall today displayed - not a very impressive sight. Hey, if that's hate I don't know what you feel after losing in a blow out tonight.

Mom to kid: "Pull up your damn pants, stop acting like an idiot like all these other kids around here." Kid to mom: "Donte Greene does it and he's on the Kings. What 'cha say about that, beetch!"

maybe if he was allowed to wear that hair on the court he would produce more. it is clearly the source of his mojo.

Greene is 19. Thompson is 22. Three years is a little bit of a difference. And I believe Hawes has an extra year of experience in the NBA, as well as playing on a team with a bad frontcourt, and a lot of wing players. Nothing wrong with this video at all, he's a kid and he's having fun. Give him time, you really can't expect a 19 year old picked in the late 1st to come in and contribute right away, especially one as raw as Donte.
