In the end, I'm so glad they didn't clinch on Monday night and not because I got to see it Wednesday.
One, it's possible they could have done it while losing which I really would have hated that look (big we're gonna win 40 vibes).
Two, they get this moment which highlights how special this team is to the fans and city.
a) fans deserve this after all the poop we take for loving this team
b) team deserves it because they are special
And three, the full party on Sunday should come along with sealing up the Pacific and clinching the 3 seed. Much "worthier" party.
