the black hole.....

BALLER4LIFE

G-League
when the ball goes to artest, no one else touches it for the rest of the possession.. this is becoming more common with each passing game... i know the kings are playin like garbage but if they want to have a chance at a decent year, they all need to start MOVING THE BALL...

i never thought i would say this but...

Ron was the only one out there with a pulse.

i know he shot 6/10 this game but lately he has just had NO ball movement. coach should make a rule that players have to make at least 5 passes before they can shoot the ball.. i had to do that when i played in like 4th grade and i think its time the kings go back to the basics.. ball movement!

ron did a nice job tonight. he is a ball hog but at least he wasn't chucking up 3's all night.

i wish kevin would take more shots! they need to run plays for him.

Wrong. Just wrong... I watched every single possession pretty closely, as I was doing the PBP. And Artest did not hog the ball or kill the momentum. His most egregious mistake was to get two fouls - Oh, the horror! - as that immediately sent him to the bench because, as we all know, two fouls is so close to the foul out limit of six fouls that you have to take him off the court to save him for ... when it's too late.

Ron Artest has NOT been a problem on offense. In fact, if anything, I've seen him kick the ball out to the perimeter when he probably could have iso'd and gone inside.

This team has a myriad of problems. Artest being a "black hole" is not one of them.

yah i was a little baffled with the sitting patterns tonight. ron sat out most if not all of the 2nd QT WHY?!?!?! oh so we could put freaking KENNY THOMAS in the game? you are kiling me

kevin sat out most of the 4th, no clue why. i would rather see him in then john salmons

I think Ron's knee was the root cause of his premature benching more than anything.

Ron's knee? Did I miss something? I didn't hear Grant say anything about him having problems with his knee...

He came back after halftime with a thing on his knee. But he never came back in because he had foul trouble and Muss got scared right?

Kevin McHale was the Black Hole...not Mr. Artest. I think the focal point of the Kings offense should run through Ron and not Bibby and Martin, that creates spacing and forces movement...its not Ron's fault that nobody does this, and they just stand around without the ball. Ron Artest has had his share of bad shooting nights this season, but I will say that the Kings as a Kevin Martin-guided offense is pretty weak, sorry to say. Ron has to be more involved, like he was tonight against the Rockets...thats the perfect way to utilize him. I think now more than ever, the glaring need for someone like a Bonzi Wells is apparent. If we still had a back court of Bibby/Wells, who knows what might be different this year.
