That pheonix loss hurts now

wow. Are you still upset about Karl Malone's foul on Webber back in 1999?

The equine expired. Its flesh has decomposed and even its bones are turning to dust...

I'm thinking trying to beat it further is just ... well, silly.

Happy trails to you all.

I, personally, am not enough of a masochist to start trying to determine which loss hurt the most. Games 3 and 4 were darned fun, so I'll focus on those and leave the rest of you to get all weepy.

Woulda coulda shoulda. I don't think that we would have had a gaurantee against PHX of advancing. I think we matched up well with the Spurs in fact, but they showed that overall they are a much more poised and well oiled machine than the upstart Kings at this point.

Perfectly said.

Whats even more crazy is how can people actually enjoy the kings when all they do is complain about them. Its the same people here, on the radio and in print after every single loss. Makes me wonder if some of you actually ever enjoy the team and what they were able to overcome this year.

Do you have any idea how many games this Kings team threw away before Artest showed up? One bad game in an otherwise stellar stretch of games is not THE reason we ended up 8th.

You can say the exact same thing about game 2 then. Had we just made 1 more shot earlier in the game, heck just 1 free-throw, that would have made the 3 worth nothing. The Phoenix game hurts more than the others cause it was the 1 we needed to stay in 7th.

But again, water under the bridge or over the dam. I'm really looking forward to an exciting 06-07 season.

Petri... work some Magic!

There's two outcomes to the playoffs that I care about: the Kings win the championship, or the Kings fall short.

Had we gotten the 7th seed, we would have most likely still had to play the Spurs, just in the WCF, and may have lost to the Pistons in the Finals. Different means, likely the same end.

that raptors game hurt the most, especially after artest shook rose out of his sneaks...
