Thank you Chris Webber

You are the reason we are where we are as a franchise and we owe you all the praise
Thanks for putting us on the map. And I will dearly miss you as a lot of C-Webb fans wil To me you have a lot of herat and I will miss you Its been a great run

Trying hard not to cry, just to write what I want to say. If anyone would see me right now, you'd swear that someone died. Maybe not literally but #4 as a King did.

Thank you Chris, for all the times good and bad. Thanks for giving me a headache for certain shots you take at the end of games. Thanks for sometimes trying to say the right thing, even when it comes out wrong. Thanks for that beautiful smile, there's just no replacement for that. Or trying to include Peja this year, or the crazy celebrations that you do with Mike. Just thank you for your time here.

Thanks Matt for giving us someone who succeeded in their dream. You can always say at one point in your life, you played for your hometown team. Most would love to do that one day. Thank you for the autograph that I'll now hold on to.

Thanks Michael for making me confused of how many Kings players have the same initials. Never could figure out what exactly what to call you, other than Michael of course.

CHRIS,I just want to say thank you for all the great memories with the KINGS.IF it wernt for you and JWILL,I would NEVER EVER have become a BBall fan,Looking forward to new memories with whoever you play for, because i'll always be ,not only a KINGS fan but a WEBBER fan too.THANK YOU..

I WILL MISS YOU CHRIS, I fell like crying right now, even a girl never made me felt so heart broken as this much, well its going to be hard to say GOoD BYE... :[

for kings fans.... BUMP THIS SONG

GOODBYE - JAGGED EDGE , its relates to us kingsfans...

I don't even know where to begin. It seems like yesterday I was watching you and Vlade trying to upset the Jazz in 99, or sitting in Arco while you were down in L.A. in game 5 of 2000. People have always criticized you, and I've always defended you.

You are the heart of this team. Media smucks can talk about Bibby all they want, but this was your team. Now they are a team without a leader, a body without a heart. You have always been one of my favorite players to watch. The natural ability and understanding of the game have amazed me at times. Now I guess I'll just watch from afar. I wish you all the best. I want you to win a championship in Philly I think more than I want the Kings to win a championship right now. Of all the guys that have ever come through Sacramento, I cared the most about you. Thanks.

Best of luck Christopher Webber!!!

Sacramento fans will miss you deeply.

Take care of business in the East.

Once gain, thank you.

I've been a fan of Chris Webber's since his rookie season. A few years ago, after falling a bit out of touch with basketball, I watched a Kings game on a whim and got hooked immediately.

The only reason I watched that game instead of popping in a movie? Because of Chris Webber.

I consider myself a team fan before I'm a player fan, and I still support the Kings, but this has really soured my opinion of the Kings organization.

I don't like the trade on an emotional level. I don't like the trade on a basketball level. And I really don't like the trade on a "**** you" level. You don't trade away the heart of your team for inferior players unless you want to send a really, really strong message.

Thank you, Chris, for your years in Sacramento.

And thank you, Kings, for making me cough up the money to order League Pass so I can follow the 76ers now, too.

Chris, I admire the way you came back from what for most would be a career ending injury. I can't say enough about how responsible you were for putting Sac. on the NBA map. It will be really wierd next time I see you in another uni, but I bet it will be wierd for you too. This was your home and you were welcome here..
Good luck in Philly. Hey at least you're a lot closer to your home town.
G'Luck

Look at it this way GGG: you got to see a bit of Kings history in person -- the final game for Webb in a Kings jersey.

Thank you, Chris. Hopefully, for the remainder of your career, you will have a GM that's got your back, and not one that bends at the first sign of pressure.

Chris, I will always remember what you have done for this franchise, and all the wonderful times when you were here. Thank you very much and g'luck with AI in Philly.

my brother-in-law called me tonight about the trade, and i was devastated. i have been a chris webber fan since college, and the only bright side of this that i can find tonight is that at least i have league pass. take care of your business, chris.

nothing would be sweeter than to prove all the doubters, cynics and critics wrong ... that you still have more basketball left in you. i know you do.

Chris Webber...thank you for everything. You have no idea how much you will be missed on the Kings. I think I'm going to miss you more now that you're so close, than I did when you were far away. (If that makes sense) You'll always be remembered as a King! On that note..Welcome to Philly and see you on Saturday! Best of Luck :)

Yep. And I got to buy my Webber bear before they yanked 'em all off the shelves.

All the people around me last night who booed/complained/made snide comments every time Webb touched the ball are probably really happy right now.

Good for them.

I dont know what to say. My username is now incomplete. Thats how I feel right now. Like a part of my body has been ripped off. Your departure marks the end of an era. You are the reason that I started watching basketball and following the Kings. Hope you win it all in Philly. Best Luck.

I really hope he does.

Thank you Chris, for all the memories. Despite all the turmoil over the past few years, I, and hopefully the rest of here, have grown to love you. You will never be forgotten for the contributions you have made to this team, the community, and most importantly, to us the fans. You never once ever turned your backs on us when it seemed like we were all against you, you stuck with us through the letdowns, the boos, the general crap everyone has thrown at you, and for that I thank you. This is the closest i've come to crying in years.

First Orlando, now Philly (add Bobcats to that occasionally). I don't know if I have that much time now... man...

Thank you Mayce Edward Christopher Webber 3 for giving it all and showing what an amazing player you can be. Was a pleasure watching you.

Good Luck

: sighs :

Chris,

You will remain in the hearts of Kings fans everywhere. You brought so much to this team and we will miss you greatly. I hate to think of Phili. fans getting pumped up when they see that swagger and smile. But, it will be a pleasure to watch you suceed there as well. Much luck to you Chris.

Always Be a Fan of Yours ...

Thanx Chris for giving us King's fan HOPE !!!

These past few years have been exciting and memorable. You, along with Vlade, DC, Jason, Scot, Hedo, JJ, Jon, and many-many more have made Sacramento a place us King's fans are very-very proud of.

Don't lose that smile ... stay true to your family.

Good Luck in Philly !!!

C-Ya on Saturday ... and we're gonna kick your a$$ (it's all good).

I am a relatively new Kings fan and with my inexperience this hurts badly. My heart aches for all of you loyal, longtime Kings fans. This is why we are not privy to the future!!!! we couldn't stand it! God Bless/Stay Strong!

Thanks for everything Webber!! From on court to off court. You'll be greatly miss. :(

Best luck in Philly! Keep it up.
