Zeller, Jordan and Hayward belong nowhere near this list.

Zeller and DJ are there as a testament to how little talent there is at the centre position and why would Hayward not belong on that list. he's the exact kind of glue-guy shooter that would help the US team a lot, nevermind that you should invite him just because of perspective.

I guess I'm in the minority but i like the list of players invited to camp. We don't need our top NBA stars to win internationally. We need players who can play together as a TEAM and not be bogged down by things like minutes instead of team play. This group looks to be a plan for the future, an assemblage of players that can be the core of our national team for several years at least.

DeRozen's there and not Evans, brutal. I know you want a balanced roster with shooters and role players to complement the stars, but I can't think of a single thing DD does better than Evans that would help the national team, especially with Evans's defensive abilities. Sadly, shows how far his stock has fallen these days.

Could actually be of benefit in a few weeks when it comes time to sign him.
