We have never even given him the chance (nor the minutes) to be productive. Put yourself in his position--He plays 5 minutes a game, if he even gets in, and how productive can a person be in 5 minutes or 10 for that matter. He wants to get more minutes and so he makes stupid mistakes in hopes of pleasing the coaching staff. All in all, i think all the guy ever wanted was to play ball and play more of a role, instead of being considered a "bust".
