Someone convince me on baron davis

I see a lot of trade's being posted here and on realgm (and I know posters post on both). I really don't understand why you want a ball hog PG who wants the offense revolving around him. He's old and by the time the rest of our team catches up to his inarguable talent, it'll be a wash.. That's my POV, what's yours?

Getting BD would reek of the old "Win Now" mentality, instaid of rebuilding. We cant rebuild around Davis. We just got rid of Artest, why would we want Baron....

I like Baron, but he doesnt fit.

1. hes the point guard that bobby brown wishes he could be. baron will help him with launching the quick 3s from 30 ft. for all those taht say miller needs to be here to "mentor" hawes (utter crap perpetuated because every forum member decides they like to use the word), well, bdiddy will "mentor" the crap out of B^2.

5. jessica alba is friends with him... this means we might get an alba sighting.
