Looks like there are three pretty important rule changes for this year.
1) Second Coaches Challenge: If the first challenge is successful, the team's timeout is retained and a second challenge is awarded - but using the second challenge costs a timeout whether successful or unsuccessful
2) Egregious flops can now be called as technical fouls (non-unsportsmanlike, do not count towards ejection)
3) The league will not be calling "rip-through" fouls unless the ballhandler is making a play towards the basket
I think that overall, #1 and #3 hurt us a decent amount last year (and man, rip-through fouls irritate the heck out of me) so I have nothing but positive vibes for these changes.
