I have had a lot of broken bones, x-rays and a few MRIs. Doctors and x-ray technicians miss stuff all the time. It's just a two-dimensional photograph. Maybe if they would have turned his leg a bit one way or the other between x-rays, they might have seen something.

It was clearly the bench incident. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. When he hit that bench, I was surprised that he walked away.

Yeah, one time I broke my leg and the the emergency room doctors looked at the x-ray and couldn't see anything and said it must have been a contusion or something. A week or two later my mom was still convinced it was broken (I had believed the doctor), so we went back in and saw my regular doctor and we took more x-rays and in the new x-rays you could see the hairline fracture. The doctor said that its easier too see after a couple days.
