Sign for peja?

I'm going the Pacers @ Nets game tomorrow. I want to make a small sign for Peja to show him my appreciation of what he has brought to the Kings. Any suggestions? I just can't think of a sign right now.

Doesn't have to be anything super creative cause he probably won't even see it. I'll be seated in the upper level because I just can't afford 4 lower level tickets to Nets games each year. 1 lower level ticket for the Kings, of course. and then 2 $45 tickets for the 76ers (C-webb), and then 1 $45 for the Pacers (Peja).

It has to be somehwat creative, though, because I just might be able to meet him like the time I met Chris Webber (At least I'm hoping I get to meet him)

so just fire away with any suggestion, message, picture, etc. for a sign.

I suspect that Comcast Sports will focus on your sign if it says "Peja Vu" becasue jerry likes to say that all the time. The Serbian word is very cool . Do a good job on your sign. We will be watching.

Heck, run down the aisle with it. That ought to work. In fact streak down their with your sign. Some guy did it at the curling event in Torino. Time it for a 20-second timeout so they don't break for commercials. Sacramento is just like Torino isn't it?

I just got back from the game!

it was amazing!

i got to see Peja!

he signed his "page" in my kings calendar. and i also took a picture with him!

I also took a stab at saying "hvala."

me: "Peja, Hvala ! hmm did i butcher that?"

i got a pic of pollard, too. plus he signed my kings calendar, also.

i'm lucky that of all the people, the 2 people who i wanted to come up and sign stuff did --ex kings, peja and pollard

1. pollard --i got his autograph

2. kristic (only reason he was there [nets and pacers players are on separate locations] was to say goodbye to peja. [yes, i overheard him say that lol]

3. danny granger. talked to some people for a long time! i got his autograph, too. he was nice. at one point they were talking about ARTEST!!! as a kings fan, i was going to do my duty and listen in, but when i got there, they were almost done. i was too busy taking pics of mr. stojakovic, i'm sorry

4. jermaine. he didn't come up but he spent a long time chatting with someone (he knows) "downstairs." i didn't get his signature because i was too short. i couldn't reach him.

5. peja again. just signing something.

1. peja hugs this girl. they obviously know each other because they talked for a long time. and when peja came up, he looked for her first. don't know who she is, though. definitely not his wife.

my question is how to you guys get to meet players...I have been to at least 13 games in my life and have never even come across a player

^^ it depends on the arena cause i'm not sure every city has this "perk."

at continental airlines arena in NJ, there's a section in the arena after the game where players (especially if they have family or friends in attendance) come up if they want to. you just have to be lucky that your favorite player goes up to meet and greet fans. you have to wait a looooong time, though. patience may or may not pay.

luckily for me, i've met webber and peja already.

i'm really really hoping i get to meet bibby next. i've been to 2 kings games already (i've only lived in the US for about 3 years), and still i haven't "met" bibby. the 3rd time i'll see them will be next week.
