Ok it IS Shaq but the guy does seem to really care and regardless of any other motives he may have the guy IS helping put a face on a HUGE health problem... Props to Shaq on this one.

I agree. I've never cared for Shaquille O'Neal but I'm seeing a side of him that I didn't know existed. He didn't have to do this program; the fact he obviously cares about these kids is touching. I hope the show can motivate others.

Good for Shaq. Children with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol...yikes!

Not only are Americans and their children overweight, but we're falling behind Europe in the height department, possibly for a number of reasons, but poor nutrition may be one reason.

I had no idea that way less than 10% of all public schools now have mandatory PE programs.

This week's episode is also an eye-opener and my respect for Shaq has grown even more.

I really hate to say this - I mean REALLY HATE to say this - but I'm actually starting to admire Shaquille O'Neal for what he's attempting to do to help kids. And what's really impressive is how, after a few weeks, the kids are reaching out to their friends and helping other kids.

Well worth watching, IMHO.

Yup... Major props to Sahq and his team. Those kids are abviously doing better, feeling better and committed to the program. Really good stuff!
