Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins to sit out vs Spurs (The Associated Press)

Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins is sitting out against the San Antonio Spurs because of a sprained left ankle and bruised left hip. The Kings said Cousins will be held out of Friday night's game with the injuries. Cousins limped to half court and fell down after turning his ankle in the fourth quarter of Wednesday night's win over Memphis. The Kings are 2-10 this season when Cousins sits out.
